This is Thursday, January 4, 2024. The Winter Training block is beginning. The goal this week is to get some consistency, work on any issues, get new shoes in the cycle and enjoy some early season running. Warm-up, 45-50 minutes of running on trails, cooldown slowly, hydrate change wet clothes, recover.
