The US achieved its most successful relay medal haul since the introduction of the mixed 4×400 with four golds and a silver at the 2025 Worlds. We asked Woodson about Team USA’s performance in Tokyo. Plus we asked USATF about what really happened with Rai Benjamin, who said he went out on the town the night before the men’s 4×400 final.
